The Cathedral and The Hump
Standing tall in the middle of the Buffalo Plateau, the granite tor of The Cathedral is captivating from every angle. Chances are that you've already seen countless photos or postcards of it, such is its popularity as a photography destination. It's simply spectacular, and very accessible as a short walk.
Commencing at the Cathedral Saddle car park the walking track to the Hump and Cathedral is popular with hikers, sightseers and photographers. The view from the Hump is spectacular with views of the pinnacle, Cresta Valley, the Horn and more.
There is a toilet block and picnic tables at the car park.
The hike to Mount Le Souf, the Castle and Corral Peak has its track head near the toilet block.
